Kboxing
My sister and I sang our lungs out at Kbox Cine today for 4 hrs.I made a comparison with Melbourne's karaoke places and realised that I actually get a better deal in Melbourne.I don't like Kbox no.1: They make you pay $5 for a puny bowl of peanuts that you can actually buy from NTUC for like $1 - the funny thing is that you have to pay for it whether you like it or notI don't like Kbox no.2: Their rooms are so small and squeezy that you can hardly move around in thereI don't like Kbox no.3: They allow smoking so it stinksI don't like Kbox no.4: The air-con is too frigging coldI don't like Kbox no.5: The door is transparent so people can see you from outside and vice-versa - makes you feel like you have no privacyI don't like Kbox no.6: The changing "key" button doesn't workI don't like Kbox no.7: Other people from nearby rooms kept yelling into the mics and were laughing and chasing each other round the corridors - they should have sound proof rooms so that we don't have to hear them and vice-versa Song that we enjoyed singing the most: "da yan jing" (Harlem Yu)Songs that I sorely missed because they didn't have it: "I believe" (Shi Xing Hui), "xie xie ai" (Hua Yuan Jing Ling), "kao jing" (Harlem Yu), "ru guo de shi" (Fan Wei Qi & Angela Zhang)Song that we sang twice: "Superstar" (S.H.E) - because the person came in and interrupted usSong that we sang the best: "hei se you mo" (Jay Chou)Song that we laughed at the most: "tian tian ye ye" (F.I.R) - because I didn't really know how to sing the song and kept coming in too early or too late and singing the wrong part...my sister was absolutely disgusted with me, judging by her constant snortingSong that I was surprised that I could sing: "zhen de" (Angela Zhang), "ni hen ai ta" (F.I.R), "biao bai" (Elva Hsiao)
